In our curriculum, the learner experience is paramount. MB facilitators continually hone skills to engage vulnerable learners in fundamental learning while developing content knowledge and skill proficiency in higher-order thinking and reasoning. You’ll be designing curriculum according to the guidelines determined by MB’s curriculum contracts. You will work closely and collaboratively with our Director of Curriculum and Instruction to design active learning experiences that center around the needs of under-served and vulnerable learning populations. You’ll set your own schedule, determine your own daily responsibilities according to negotiated project deadlines, and grow your expertise as a curriculum writer.
